Our Program Cross Training is the name of the combined youth ministry and religious education program offered for 6th, 7th and 8th graders at St. John Neumann. St. John Neumann Parish has an integrated approach to youth ministry and religious education for 6th, 7th and 8th graders. The basic components of Cross Training include: religious/faith-learning opportunities and experiences; human development education; opportunities for fun, recreation and involvement in a Church setting; and service experiences. The basic meeting pattern is twice monthly on Sunday evenings during the school year. On occasion, there is a third meeting a month, which involves a special event or service project. Students are highly encouraged to attend at least one of the retreats during the course of the year. |
